I'm Susan Ballard from Havasu Realty here in awesome Lake Havasu! Five years ago my husband and I rented a boat from Fun Time Boat Rentals. To make a long story short, we fell in love with the lake and its beauty. We bought the established boat business from our friends and moved here! A crystal blue lake, incredible mountain views, and pure sunshine! What a paradise! 

I have been a full-time Realtor/Broker for 17 years in Salem, Oregon.
